You can reschedule your appointment without incurring any penalty fees if you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. However, after this period, a rescheduling fee of $35 will apply.

Student Release Form

Please anticipate a firing duration of three to four (3-4) weeks for your pottery to be completed. Our team will reach out via email once all pieces within your group are ready. Upon notification, you have a TWO WEEKS to retrieve your pottery. Should two weeks elapse, your pieces may be unavailable for pick-up as we need to make space for new student creations.

Broken Pieces

It's important to note that, on occasion, pieces may not survive the firing process due to factors like air bubbles or construction issues. Unforeseen variations can also occur, such as slight warping of shapes or unexpected glaze outcomes. Our staff cannot predict the results once a pot enters the kiln, embracing the inherent imperfections of the ceramic process. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee the perfection of completed pots.

Refunds or redo of classes will not be provided in the event that your piece does not survive the firing process.
