Cancelation/No Show Disclaimer

Please note that when you book an appointment with us, we are reserving time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [48 hours] before the scheduled time or do not show up, you will be subject to a penalty fee of $75 per participant, which is the full cost of the class.

Our pottery class begins promptly at the scheduled start time. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your participation will be forfeited, and you will not be allowed to join the class. Late arrivals disrupt the session and affect the experience for all participants. Additionally, arriving late will be considered a "no-show," and the full cost of the class will still be charged.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, this policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or tardiness, including illness or travel. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone to substitute for you in your place. Please notify us in advance to ensure a smooth transition. If you cannot arrange for a substitute, the full class fee will still be charged.

We strictly adhere to these policies in order to maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Student Release Form

Please anticipate a firing duration of three to four (3-4) weeks for your pottery to be completed. Our team will reach out via email once all pieces within your group are ready. Upon notification, you have a THREE WEEKS to retrieve your pottery. Should two weeks elapse, your pieces may be unavailable for pick-up as we need to make space for new student creations.

Broken Pieces

It's important to note that, on occasion, pieces may not survive the firing process due to factors like air bubbles or construction issues. Unforeseen variations can also occur, such as slight warping of shapes or unexpected glaze outcomes. Our staff cannot predict the results once a pot enters the kiln, embracing the inherent imperfections of the ceramic process. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee the perfection of completed pots.

Refunds or redo of classes will not be provided in the event that your piece does not survive the firing process.
