There are different cancellation and refund policies depending on which Cone 6 experience you attend. Please review our policies in the section below.
When you sign up for our multi-week classes, you'll receive 5 sessions which include instruction on wheel throwing basics, trimming, and glazing fundamentals - everything you need to know to create a ceramic masterpiece! All necessary tools and clay are provided. At the end of the course, you’ll get to take home whatever you create!
Due to the class structure, missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
While we strive for consistency, schedule changes may occur. If a change affects your attendance, we'll notify you in advance and offer makeup options during another session or open studio time.

This crash course offers a 90 minute hands-on experience with the pottery wheel, including a 30 minute demo. Each student receives three balls of clay to create their masterpiece, with the option to keep one or all pieces made.
Firing pottery is an unpredictable task and even with careful planning and execution, it is not a fail-proof process. Unfortunately, we cannot 100% guarantee every piece that goes into the kiln will survive. Refunds are not provided for damaged, lost, or discarded pottery.

By enrolling in our class, you agree to our cancellation policy. You may reschedule or cancel and receive a refund with at least 7 days notice before your class’s start date. No rescheduling or refunds are available after the 7 day period or once the session has begun, for any reason.
We aim for a consistent class schedule but changes may occur. If changes affect your attendance, we'll notify you in advance and offer makeup options during another session or open studio time. Your understanding and flexibility are appreciated.
By enrolling in our workshops or events, you agree to our cancellation policy. You may reschedule for another available date or cancel for a refund with at least 48 hours notice before the event or workshop date.
No rescheduling or refunds are available after the 48 hour period or once the session has begun, for any reason.
If you must cancel less than 48 hours before the workshop or event date or do not show up, there will be a penalty fee of $75 per participant.
By booking a private event or session, you agree to our cancellation policy. You may reschedule or cancel and receive a 50% refund with at least 14 days notice before your session’s start date. No refunds are available after the 14 day period or once the session has begun, for any reason.
